My planner gets messier when the week gets busy

This week has been a lot of crossing things out and shifting errands to another day. I used to think I should tidy the page up, but that just adds another job when I'm already behind. Now I leave the scribbles and put the next task wherever there's room. It looks scruffy, but I can still tell what needs doing.

When I shift an errand, I add the new day beside it, even if it's just an arrow and 'Thu.' Otherwise the crossed-out task can look suspiciously like it got done. No page cleanup required, just a breadcrumb.
