I've stopped making every unused notebook prove its worth

While sorting my shelf, I noticed a couple of notebooks I enjoy looking at but don't feel like writing in yet. I used to think I had to use them or pass them on. Now I'm okay with keeping some stationery just because I like having it, while the notebooks I reach for can stay plain and practical.

I keep the notebooks I like looking at separate from the ones I expect to use. That way they don't look like unfinished supplies when I sort the shelf.
