Is a Passport TN enough room for sketch notes with labels?

I often add small pencil diagrams and labels beside my notes, and I'm weighing up whether a Passport TN insert would keep that kind of note-taking portable or feel cramped once I add arrows and a few words. For those who use one for sketch notes, do you keep the drawings very simple, or does the Regular size give you space you actually need?

For small diagrams beside a few lines of notes, Passport should be enough. Once the arrows and labels take over, Regular gives you more breathing room; labels often use more space than the sketch itself. Try one typical page at actual size before deciding.
