A Passport-size TN collection doesn't need to be one working setup

I like having a small, practical Passport TN that I actually carry around, but I also like collecting covers and inserts that probably won't ever become part of that setup. I used to feel like I needed a reason to buy another one, as though it had to replace something I already owned.

Now I'm fine admitting that sometimes I just want it for the collection. Not every stationery purchase needs to make my planning system more efficient.

I like that distinction. An insert can be lovely just to keep as a paper reference, too. I notice its colour, texture and ruling when I'm sorting collage scraps, even if I never use it.

I don't think every cover needs a job, either. I do keep a rough limit on what I'm comfortable spending, though. That's more honest than inventing a planning use for it afterward.
