The same refill can feel different in another pen

I usually think about the refill first, but the pen body still changes how it feels in my hand. If two pens take the same refill, grip and weight could be enough to make each one useful for a different kind of writing.

Yeah, the barrel finish changes it too. A slick, cool surface feels quite different from a warmer, textured one, even if the shape and weight are close.
