Do you keep personal entries in the same bullet journal as your planning?

Most of my bullet journal pages are lists and plans, but lately I've wanted to jot down a few personal bits alongside the plans for the week they happened. I'm trying to decide whether to put them right into the daily log or keep them in a separate section. If you mix the two, do you mark personal entries somehow, or just let them sit in the log?

I put short personal bits straight into the daily log beside the week's plans, so they stay tied to when they happened. A tiny, consistent mark in the margin makes them easy to spot later without adding another section to maintain.
