Do you keep personal entries in the same bullet journal as your planning?

Most of my bullet journal pages are lists and plans, but lately I've wanted to jot down a few personal bits beside the week they happened. I'm trying to decide whether to put them right into the daily log or keep them in a separate section. If you mix the two, do you mark personal entries somehow, or just let them sit in the log?
