How often do you actually move pages in a ring or disc planner?

I'm looking at inexpensive ring and disc setups for weekly planning, and being able to move a scruffy week out of the way sounds useful. But I can also picture myself faffing with the pages instead of planning. For people who use either, does that flexibility come up in an ordinary week, or mostly when you're setting things up?
