Planner stickers before the week or after it settles?

I keep wavering between placing stickers while I set up the week and saving them until plans have settled. Decorating first makes the page feel finished, but a moved appointment can leave a sticker looking oddly stranded. Adding them later keeps the layout flexible, though by then I often forget about them altogether. For now, I prefer a usable page over a decorated one that needs rearranging.
