I don't switch notebooks just because it's January

Does anyone else just carry on with the same notebook when January comes around?

I've never really understood starting a fresh one just because the year has changed, especially if there are still loads of blank pages left. I get it with dated planners, but for an ordinary notebook I just write a new heading and keep going.

I know some people love having a separate notebook for each year though. What do you do with one that's only half full?
